Felidae Studio

• Overseas customers do not need to pay a deposit and should pay in cash on site. Credit cards are not accepted. After receiving the confirmation email, please reply within 3 days. If you do not reply, the reservation will not be confirmed.
• This studio operates strictly by reservation only and is not open without a booking. Please be sure to fill out the reservation form in advance when using the studio.
• The studio’s business hours are from 9:30 to 21:00. Reservations are made in hourly time slots, with each slot being one hour. The timetable for available booking slots each day is as follows:
• Definition of regular holidays : Regular holidays are the days marked in red on the official calendar announced by the Taiwanese government.
• If you wish to book a time slot outside of 9:30 to 21:00, the studio fee will remain at the regular price even outside business hours. (Since advance staff arrangements are required, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Reservations can only be made after confirmation.)

 

• When you make a reservation, you will be given 15 minutes each for preparation and cleanup before and after your session. For bookings of 2 hours or more, you will receive an additional 0.5 hours (30 minutes) free for every extra hour booked.
  (For example: 2-hour booking gets 0.5 hours free, 3-hour booking gets 1 hour free, and so on.) The following is a sample schedule for booking time slots:
  
• You can purchase additional preparation time (NT$300 per hour). This is only possible if there are no other customer reservations within three days before or after your desired date (details will be communicated to you individually via message or email).
• If your reservations are not consecutive, you will not be able to use the shared space during the intervals between bookings.
• If you need to change the set or change clothes, a 30-minute preparation time will be provided. When making consecutive reservations, additional preparation time between sessions must be purchased separately, and it can only be added in time slot units (except in special cases).
• When using a mixed set, each set has its own preparation area. Depending on the reservation status, you may need to move your belongings to the next set during the interval between sessions.

Other Notes

• Since our studio mostly consists of semi-open spaces, if you need to record audio, we recommend booking the entire studio or visiting the site in advance before making a reservation.
• For wedding photos, commercial shoots, or exclusive bookings, please contact us first via email, Facebook, or Instagram, and then fill out the reservation form.
• You will be notified 15 minutes before the end of each time slot. If you do not vacate the room after the designated time, an additional fee of NT$500 will be charged for every 10 minutes exceeded to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.
• Since the studio space is limited, we have set both a recommended and a maximum number of people. If you exceed the recommended number, an additional fee of NT$200 per person (unlimited time) will be charged for still photography, and NT$100 per person per hour for video or commercial shoots. Once the maximum number is reached, no further additions are allowed.
• A maximum of 2 photographers is allowed per reservation. For each additional photographer, an extra fee of NT$500 (unlimited time) will be charged.
• Please complete your studio set reservation at least 7 days in advance. If you wish to make a last-minute reservation within 7 days, you will need to coordinate with the staff’s schedule, so please contact us first via email, Facebook, or Instagram.
• If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us at least 7 days in advance.
